Police officer Terry catches Jenny, the young delinquent destroying public property with pink graffiti. He is trying to explain to her that it is forbidden to do that, and she is not ready to pay the fine, so they have to work out a solution. Luckily, Jenny has an ass that she is not afraid to use as a form of payment.
